With the Power-user add-in, you can easily flip ranges in Excel.

Simply select a range, and click Flip vertically or Flip horizontally fromt the Power-user tab.

When a range is flipped vertically, the order of columns will be inverted. For instance, if your source range is A:E, the content of column A will be moved to column E, the content of column B will be moved to column D, the column of column C will not be moved, the content of column D will be moved to column B, and the content of column E will be moved to column A.

When a range if flipped horizontally, the order of rows is inverted. The row on the top will be moved to the bottom, while the bottom row will be moved to the top etc.

When ranges are flipped, both formulas and format are moved with the cells.
