AutoFit

Activate AutoFit to automatically adjust the width of columns each time you modify a cell.

When AutoFit is active, you can type texts and values in Excel and the columns will automatically be resized, just like if you had double clicked on the column header.

Click AutoFit again on the ribbon to deactivate this feature.

IMPORTANT WARNING
Due to Excel behavior, any code running on the workbook will clear the undo stack. Because AutoFit runs a bit of code every time a cell is modified, it means that when AutoFit is active there is basically no possibility to undo changes in Excel. For this reason, we recommend you use it cautiously and only when needed.
