Key issues with sending or saving slides in PowerPoint
Saving or sending slides can be a painful process in PowerPoint. For instance, to send just 1 slide from an open presentation, you need to:
- Save a copy of your current presentation, under a new name
- From this copy, remove all the slides you don't want to send
- Save this copy
- Close this copy
- Create an email
- Attach the copy
- Send
- Delete the copy
- Reopen the initial file you were working on to resume your work
That's a LOT of steps!
Another typical painpoint is for renaming a presentation. If you are working on a presentation and want to rename it, you have to close it first, which is something that can be quite annoying.
