Power-user lets you insert Sticky notes on a slide in just 1 click. This is a handy button to easily comment a presentation and work collaboratively.
Inserting Sticky notes is as simple as it can be:
- Click Sticky notes from the Power-user ribbon.
- A sticky note will be added in the top right corner of your current slide, ready for you to start typing some comments right away.
- If you add another sticky note on the same slide, it will be automatically positioned just under the previous one.
If you need to share a draft version of your slides, you can temporarily hide all sticky notes in your presentation from the Clean menu. This allows you to share a clean deck of slides, then show the sticky notes again to resume your work.
If you prefer sticky notes to be positioned in the outside corner of the slide, instead of the inside corner, you can change this behavior from the Power-user Settings.
