Chart+ is a tool dedicated to formatting charts in bulk. With this solution, you can edit charts in your entire presentation to ensure a more consistent formatting.



Editing Charts


Font


With Chart+ you can edit the font of your charts. The following options can be applied:

  • Edit the font (e.g. Arial, Calibri)
  • Edit the font size
  • Edit the fontcolor
  • Apply your changes to labels, axis, titles, legends 


Your changes will be applied on all charts in slide range selected at the bottom.

Dimensions


You can edit height and width of multiple charts. Enter the desired values for the height / width of the chart area and plot area.


Your changes will be applied on all charts in the selected slide range.



Chart elements


Hide or show the following chart elements;

  • Legend (specifying legend position)
  • Title
  • Tick marks
  • Label
  • Grildlines


Additionally, you can change the labels options in bulk: 

  • Format labels as numbers, percentages or currencies
  • Add decimal separator
  • Format as units, thousands, millions or billions
  • Etc. 


Your changes will be applied on all charts in the selected slide range.




Editing Series


Aside from the charts themselves, you can edit the appearance and formatting of your chart series in bulk.


For each type of chart (histograms, lines, pies), select the series to edit. For instance, choose 1 to edit the first series in the chart.


You can: 

  • Edit the series color, 
  • Apply a custom weight, dash style or markers (for line charts),
  • Apply an outline color to your series (for histograms and pies),


Your changes will be applied on all charts from the chosen type in the selected slide range.
