Charts are probably the most essential piece of any quantitative presentation. With Power-user, you can find inspiration by browsing the Library for charts that stand out of the ordinary, and inserting them directly in your presentation.
How to insert charts from the Library
The chart gallery can be found in the Library in PowerPoint and Word:
- From the Power-user tab, click Library. The Library pane will open at the right of your screen. If it's the first time you are using it, or if there are new content updates available, you may see it loading for a moment.
- Go to the Charts tab of the Library.
- Search charts using the search bar on top, just scrolling down or using the Categories. In Categories, you can look for Bars, Columns, Lines, Gantt charts, Funnel, Lollipop/Dumbell, Matrices, Pies, Radars, Waffle, Waterfall or Others chart types.
- Simply click a chart to insert it. The charts will be inserted directly in your presentation's theme, so you don't have to manually recolor them every time.
- All these charts are regular Microsoft Office charts which can be edited and customized like any other chart.
