From the admin portal, you can send invitations to new users. When a user is invited, a license will be automatically assigned to them and they will receive an email with installation instructions.
Here is how you can invite new users:
- Select one or multiple licenses that have an "AVAILABLE" status
- Click the "Send" button at the top of the page. A task pane will open at the right of the screen, like shown below:
- Enter the email addresses of the people to invite. You can add them manually, or upload a .csv file to import emails in bulk, using the sample file provided.
- Add a custom message to the email that will be sent to the users.
- Hit "Send", and an invitation email will be sent to each user on your behalf, containing installation instructions.
It is important to add a custom message to the email invitation and to sign it to give reassurance to the users that the email they will receive can be trusted. We strongly recommend not to neglect this step.
